Defining a marketing strategy will typically be split into three phases that are carried out in close collaboration with the client's key personnel:

  1. Review of the current marketing strategy, ongoing projects and programmes.

  3. Elaboration of a detailed marketing plan describing each marketing activity required to achieve the set objectives and how each should be implemented.

The plan is an independent, stand-alone document that becomes the client's property.
