Organisations that are in the process of creating their marketing plans may wish to take advantage of our consulting services. Depending on the size of the organisation, the strategy developed may cover a particular product or programme or the entire company.
The objective is to develop a client and market specific marketing plan, for an effective and timely launch or promotion of the client's company and products. This plan is developed in line with the client's corporate marketing strategy and implementation guidelines. Defining a marketing strategy will typically be split into three phases that are carried out in close collaboration with the client's key personnel:
This final phase is carried out by our experienced team of marketing professionals, who apply their knowledge and experience to define a detailed 6 to 12 month marketing plan, containing actions and budgetary costs. The plan is an independent, stand-alone document that becomes the client's property. CARNAC can assist in the implementation of some or all of the activities recommended according to the client's wishes. Back to CARNAC's International Marketing Services
